Resources

TeamDesk Resources section provides you with features of an online repository: you can upload and store on the TeamDesk server various files, from database-related documents to client-side scripts or landing web pages. Database resources may be available to database users only, or to any Web user.

To add resources to TeamDesk server:

Click the Setup link in the top right corner of the window.

Select the Database tab.

Choose Database > Resources in the setup menu.

At the top of the resources list click the New button and specify resource properties:

When finished, click Save. Click the resource name link to display or access the newly created resource (the path to the resource will be available in the browser address bar).

Disk space set aside for resources on TeamDesk server is unlimited. However the size of one separate file should not exceed 15 MB.

To work with already existing database resources:

Click the Setup link in the top right corner of the window.

Select the Database tab.

Choose Database > Resources in the setup menu. The system will display a list of resources that were added earlier:

Click Edit next to the necessary resource in the list to modify its properties (for details, see Creating Resources topic).

Click Del to delete a resource from the list. Confirm your intention by clicking OK in the opened dialog box.

Click the resource name link to access the uploaded document or file.
