Database managers typically need a process to analyze monthly business results and notify co-workers about last month sales, expenditures, incomes etc. TeamDesk supports View Subscription<\/a> functionality that allows to automate a process of generating reports holding a previous month data and sending them on a specified date and time.

\nSetup consists of two easy steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Create a View<\/a> that keeps the previous month data by applying the \u201cLast Month\u201d filter.

    \nYou may create different \u2018View\u2019 types, so let\u2019s look at     Chart View<\/a> illustration for example: \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. As the last step, while establishing the \u2018View\u2019 Subscription, specify a day and a time when the report should be sent.
