Signing documents electronically allows to establish completely paperless legal procedures, as long as eSignature provider credibility is widely recognized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TeamDesk selected HelloSign as integrated eSignature provider because of its wide recognition and sufficient API capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following sample database demonstrates an eSignature integration mechanism that may be implemented in your database. Let\u2019s explore this mechanism and make it work for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please follow the link below to explore the HelloSign Integration template:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/hellosign_integration\">Example: HelloSign Integration Database<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, you would need to register with HelloSign if you haven\u2019t already: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellosign.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"https:\/\/www.hellosign.com\/ (opens in a new tab)\">https:\/\/www.hellosign.com\/<\/a> and then generate a key on their API screen:<br> <a href=\"https:\/\/app.hellosign.com\/home\/myAccount#api\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"https:\/\/app.hellosign.com\/home\/myAccount#api (opens in a new tab)\">https:\/\/app.hellosign.com\/home\/myAccount#api<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you\u2019ll be able to engage <a href=\"https:\/\/app.hellosign.com\/api\/documentation#Authentication\">HelloSign API<\/a> to connect your TeamDesk online database with HelloSign eSignature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inside HelloSign-TeamDesk integration mechanism:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. As the first step, enter your database Setup mode, click Database tab, follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/help\/12.8.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Variables<\/a> link and add a new variable. Now open the &#8220;Documents&#8221; tab and create a record containing a document to be signed. While the document waits for all the signatures, the document record in your TeamDesk database has &#8220;Waiting&#8221; status. Furthermore, two additional buttons: &#8220;Resend&#8221; and &#8220;Query Status&#8221; are available on the document record. The first button allows to resend the request, which is helpful if some people missed the email notification. The second button allows to query the current document status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Status will be queried automatically within one hour by time-dependent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/help\/11.3.2.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">trigger<\/a>.
