We\u2019ve moved \u201cShow Tab\u201d option from table record access to new \u201cUser Interface\u201d section on \u201cTable Properties\u201d screen. Additionally, visibility of \u201cNew\u201d, \u201cEdit\u201d and \u201cAdd Similar\u201d buttons is controlled there.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/191.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-334\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/191.png\" alt=\"19,1\" width=\"449\" height=\"96\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/191.png 449w, https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/191-300x64.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 449px) 100vw, 449px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ability to hide \u201cNew\u201d and \u201cEdit\u201d buttons can be used in cases when you want to prevent users from creating\/editing records via default interface and intend to do it with help of workflow actions or custom buttons.<\/p>\n<p>We also added ability to hide Print\/Export\/Send buttons on views. While it can\u2019t protect data from stealing, hiding these buttons may help to complicate it.<\/p>\n<p>You may also configure user interface settings from particular role screen \u2013 just click on role name link.
