There is also an option to mass-enable or disable 2FA for a set of selected users directly from the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-17.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"777\" height=\"367\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-17.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3171\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-17.png 777w, https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-17-300x142.png 300w, https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-17-768x363.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 777px) 100vw, 777px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once 2FA is enabled, after completing the login form, we&#8217;ll prompt the user to enter 6-digit authorization code.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-15.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"332\" height=\"298\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-15.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3166\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-15.png 332w, https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-15-300x269.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 332px) 100vw, 332px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>This code is delivered to the user by email and valid for approximately 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamdesk.net\/teamdesk-mobile-client\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TeamDesk Mobile Client<\/a> app now provides code-less one-click option to confirm the login using biometric authentication or device&#8217;s pin code. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the user can set up her favorite authenticator app to get the code. Instructions are found at the bottom user&#8217;s personal preferences page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using TeamDesk Mobile Client app to confirm login<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TeamDesk Mobile Client app v1.5.6 supports code-less one-click login confirmation. Pairing the app with an account is as simple as scanning the QR code displayed in user&#8217;s preferences under Two-Factor Authentication section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On Apple macOS and iOS TOTP support is backed into <a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/guide\/iphone\/automatically-fill-in-verification-codes-ipha6173c19f\/ios\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Passwords<\/a> with cross-device syncing. Scan QR code with device&#8217;s camera and follow the instructions in Passwords.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manual authenticator setup is always an option.
