We’ve seen strong interest in our AI functionality that helps you build and enhance your TeamDesk databases. Among your favorite features are the ability to ask questions within the Help system and the option to generate or fix formulas through AI chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, we’re taking things a step further with the introduction of View Designer<\/strong> \u2014 a new way to create and edit views in your database using natural language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is View Designer?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In user mode, users with Full Access<\/strong> setup permission will now see a new \u201cView Designer\u201d<\/strong> button near the \u201cSearch for Keywords\u201d<\/strong> input box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clicking this button opens a chat interface that allows you to create a new report for the current table or refine the view you’re currently seeing \u2014 all by typing what you want in plain language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Example 1: Birthday Distribution in the Persons Table<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We’ll start with a simple table named Persons<\/strong>, which contains just two columns: Name<\/em> and Date of Birth<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
