And with real-world usage came two clear requests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201cHow can I tell the AI Data Analysis<\/em> <em>whether its answer was actually helpful?\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201cHow can I teach the AI Data Analysis<\/em> <em>how <strong>our<\/strong> data works?\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, we\u2019re happy to introduce two major enhancements that address exactly that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Feedback That Helps AI Data Analysis Learn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>AI data analysis works best when it continuously improves based on real usage.<br>That\u2019s why we\u2019ve added <strong>response feedback<\/strong> directly to AI-generated answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify successful response patterns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detect unclear, incorrect, or misleading answers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fine-tune our AI models to better match how TeamDesk users expect data to be analyzed and presented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In short: <strong>the more you use it, the smarter it gets.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teaching AI Data Analysis How Your Tables Really Work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every database is different.<br>Column names, business rules, preferred calculations, reporting formats \u2014 these are things only <em>you<\/em> fully understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To solve this, we\u2019ve added the ability to provide <strong>table-specific AI instructions<\/strong> for data analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How It Works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For each table in your database, you can now add <strong>additional instructions<\/strong> that guide the AI when Instruct the AI To Do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With table-level instructions, you can tell AI things like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Which columns are:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>primary identifiers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monetary values<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dates used for reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which filters are:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>commonly used (e.g. \u201cexclude canceled records\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How data should be represented:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>totals vs averages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grouped by month, category, customer, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preferred chart types<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special business rules:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sign conventions (debit\/credit, positive\/negative amounts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calculated balances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>domain-specific terminology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Example instructions might include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201cUse <code>EntryDate<\/code> for all time-based filtering.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201cAmounts in this table are stored as signed values.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201cWhen summarizing revenue, group by <code>Customer<\/code> and <code>Month<\/code>.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The AI will follow these rules consistently \u2014 without you having to repeat them in every question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why This Matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These two features \u2014 <strong>feedback<\/strong> and <strong>custom instructions<\/strong> \u2014 work together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Feedback tells us <em>what worked<\/em> and <em>what didn\u2019t<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instructions tell the AI <em>how your data should be handled<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The result is AI that feels:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>more predictable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>more accurate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>more aligned with your business
