Managing Workflow Triggers

To work with workflow triggers that you earlier added to the system:

Click the Setup link in the top right corner of the window.

Choose a necessary table and click a corresponding tab at the top of the window.

From the menu in the main frame select Rules > Workflow Triggers. The system will display the list of existing workflow triggers:

If two or more triggers of the same type are created, the Reorder button is visible in the triggers list. This button allows to reorder triggers. Moreover, the order is very important, if you need the cascading execution of record change triggers.

Click Edit next to a necessary trigger or a trigger name link to view and modify its properties (for details, see the Creating Workflow Triggers and Associating Workflow Actions with Triggers topics).

Click Del to delete a trigger from the list. Confirm your intention by clicking OK in the opened dialog box.
