E-mail Non-Delivery Report

E-mail Non-Delivery Report is available only for databases kept on EU based data servers. This page provides an aggregated view of undeliverables from all e-mail alerts and view subscriptions grouped by email address.

To open the report go to the Setup > Database tab > Tools > E-mail Non-Delivery Report link.

If you click on the Details button you can see the reasons explaining why the e-mail was not delivered.

In addition, you can see non-delivered email with the Details button in the Log section of every e-mail alert action or view subscription. Please notice that this option is available only for databases kept on EU based data servers.
