All errors that occur in the process of work are carefully logged by the system. Error log is intended to help administrators analyze, identify and fix the problem other users encounter.
To display the log, go to the Setup > Database tab > Tools > Error Log link.
The log displays recent 50 errors that occurred within the last seven days. The list is divided into two sections:
- Recent Site Errors section displays errors that users encountered while working with the database in the user mode.
- Recent Service Errors section display errors coming from processing periodic or time dependent workflow rules and notifications.
Click Go to open the section where the error occurred.
