The References table includes fields for scheduling PR interviews, maintaining a client call history, and adding any additional notes relevant to the reference. It also stores files such as the interview questionnaire and the client's logo. Each record is managed by designated record owners, with timestamps for creation and modification to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
