The Support Cases table is the core table of the database, capturing detailed information about each customer support request. This table includes:

  • Name: The name of the individual who submitted the support request.
  • Company: The company the customer is associated with.
  • Phone Number: Contact number provided by the customer.
  • E-Mail: Email address for correspondence.
  • Other Contact Info: Any additional contact information provided.
  • Customer Request: Description of the issue or request made by the customer.
  • Status: Current status of the support case (e.g., open, in progress, resolved).
  • Assigned to: The support team member or department responsible for handling the case.
  • History: Record of interactions and updates related to the support case.

The table also includes metadata fields such as Id for unique identification, Record Owner, Created By, Date Created, Last Modified By, and Date Modified, which help in tracking the case's lifecycle and ensuring accurate record management.

This setup ensures that support teams have all the necessary information to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a comprehensive history of each case.
