It also records logistical details such as Trial Address, Trial Location Name, Trial Start Date, Expected Duration, and Trial End Date. These fields ensure that each trial's timeline and location are clearly documented for future reference.

The Organizations table maintains records of entities involved in legal cases, such as law firms, corporations, or other institutions. Key fields include Name, Type, and Address, with Other Details available to provide additional information relevant to each organization. This allows for comprehensive tracking of the organizations involved in trials, whether as defendants, plaintiffs, or legal representatives.

The People table tracks individual participants related to the cases and trials. It includes information such as Name, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, and Date Of Birth to identify individuals. The table also links each person to an Organization, providing context for their involvement in a trial. The People At Trials table records the participation of individuals in specific trials. Each entry links a person to a trial via the Case Trial Ref Num and People Name fields. It tracks the individual's Role in the trial and the duration of their participation through Appearance Start Datetime and Appearance End Datetime. This ensures accurate documentation of who was involved in each trial, their role, and the time they were present in the courtroom.
