Description

The Events table records key events related to organizations. It captures details such as the Event Type (e.g., conference, meeting), the Organisation Name hosting the event, and specific Dates. Additionally, it outlines the Event Objective, Event Results, and other relevant descriptions, providing a clear understanding of the purpose and outcomes of each event.

The Organisation Relationships table tracks connections between different organizations. It records the names of two organizations involved in the relationship, the From Date and To Date of the relationship, and the Relationship Type (e.g., partnership, collaboration). This allows users to see how organizations are interconnected over time.

The Organisations table provides detailed information about each organization. It includes fields such as Category, Type, and Description, along with the organization’s contact information like Phone and Address. This table serves as a central repository for all key details about the organizations involved in the database.

The People table focuses on individuals associated with various organizations. It captures details such as First Name, Last Name, People Role, and the specific Organisation Name they are linked to. Additional information like Gender, Date of Birth, and Address helps provide a fuller profile of each person, making it easier to understand their role within the organization.

The People Skills table tracks the skills of individuals. It records the person’s name, the Skill they possess, and their Level of expertise. This table is especially useful for identifying key skills within an organization and for matching individuals to roles or projects that require specific expertise.

Overall, this database is an effective tool for managing information about organizations, their relationships, events, and the people involved, helping users track collaborations, skills, and organizational activities.
