The Reqs table is the core of this system. It contains all the necessary details for each job requisition, including a unique Req# that identifies the position. The table includes the Position title and a Brief Description of the job, along with a Full Description that gives more detailed information about the role. The Hiring Manager responsible for filling the position is recorded, as well as the Location and Job Level, which help define the scope and requirements of the role. The table also tracks the Target Start Date for the new hire, the Priority of the requisition, and its current Status (e.g., open, closed, in-progress). Additionally, it provides space for Notes that might include special instructions or updates.
