It stores essential information about each contract, such as the Contract Name, a Description of the agreement, and the Business/Functional Unit responsible for it. It also includes fields for the Internal Contact managing the contract and the Responsible Attorney overseeing legal matters. Other key fields, such as File (for storing the contract document), Expiration (for tracking contract deadlines), and Id (for unique identification), ensure that all contracts are properly recorded and monitored from creation to their expiration.
