The Week Starting On field marks the beginning of each tracking period, while the daily columns (Sun, Mon, Tue, etc.) record the number of hours worked on each day of the week.
Additionally, the Total Hours For Week field automatically sums up the hours logged for the entire week, providing a quick overview of the total time worked.
