The Vaccinations table records each vaccination event, including details such as the vaccine code, date of vaccination, and associated QR code. It links vaccinations to the respective patients, allowing for comprehensive tracking of vaccination status and history. This table helps in monitoring vaccine administration and ensuring that patients receive the appropriate doses as scheduled.
