Description

The Weddings table is the central repository of information about each wedding. It includes details such as the Wedding Date, Place, and Other Wedding Details, allowing planners to track the specifics of each wedding.

The Places table stores information about wedding venues, such as churches, reception halls, or outdoor locations. It includes fields like Name, Address, and Type, ensuring that all venue details are readily available for the wedding.

The People table documents the individuals involved in the wedding, including both the bride’s and groom’s sides. It contains fields like First Name, Last Name, and Person Address, allowing easy access to contact information and roles of key participants.

The Events table tracks wedding-related events, such as ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsals. It includes fields like Event Name, Event Type, and Event From Date, ensuring that every event associated with a wedding is planned and managed in detail.

The People at Events table links individuals with specific wedding events. It records information such as Event Name, People Name, and Role, helping to track who is involved in which part of the wedding.

The Guest List table manages the list of guests attending the wedding, including details like People Name, Role Name, and whether they are attending the Church or Reception, ensuring guest management is seamless.

The Services table tracks the services involved in the wedding, such as catering, photography, or floral arrangements. It includes fields like Service, Supplier, and Supplier Service Cost, ensuring that all services are booked and their costs managed.

The Suppliers table stores the information of vendors providing wedding services, such as florists or caterers. It includes fields like Name and Comments, allowing planners to keep track of supplier details and any notes related to their services.
