Business and Technical situation

We wanted to have an administration system to monitor all our proposal/project and financial position. We used MS Excel before. However, as our company expand. We need to have an online system to keep all members in our company to access the information according to their roles.

Solution

TeamDesk can provide an online database system without writing complicated script. With the good integration with MS Word, we can even use TeamDesk to print invoice, quotation, report, etc. It is not difficult to use TeamDesk. However, it provides limited choices of user interface. We think TeamDesk can provide iPhone/Android apps to allow easier mobile access.
