We have extended TeamDesk to display the list of errors in the application. It would help administrators to analyze, identify and fix the problem other users encounter.

To display the log, visit Setup, select Application from the left side bar and click Error Log link.

The log displays at most 50 errors occurred in last seven days. It is divided in a two sections:

  • Site Errors displays errors user encounter while working with the application.
  • Service Errors display errors coming from processing periodic or time dependent workflow rules and notifications.
