2021 continued to be a challenging year, forcing people and businesses to reorganize their teamwork, become more creative, deal with the stress, and adapt to this new reality.

Despite another challenging year, we kept rapid new development and implemented multiple major enhancements:

To begin with, we’ve got TeamDesk Web site completely redesigned to make it more informative and improve the navigation. We love its new look, and our customers really love it as well!

Besides the site redesign, this year we added a number of notable database enhancements:

Webhooks – this mechanism allows TeamDesk to get aware of a data change on 3-d party system right away, without polling it periodically.

Iterators for Call URL actions and Webhooks which allow selecting repeating entries from JSON or XML payload and create a record in a table for each selected entry.

Third-party Accounts list on a database level to set authorization type, usernames, passwords and tokens, and then reuse the same account in multiple actions.

Call-URL Actions enhancements, such as File uploads with Call URL actions
Passthrough blocks in Call URL and Navigate actions.

In the coming 2022, we will continue adding new functionality to TeamDesk to keep it ahead of competition and make the platform as convenient and robust as possible.
