This year, we took TeamDesk OpenAI integration to the next level. You can now ask questions directly within the TeamDesk help system and receive instant, AI-powered answers. This feature streamlines your workflow, making it easier than ever to find the information you need without leaving your database.

Infrastructure Upgrades for Better Performance

We are committed to delivering fast and reliable service to our TeamDesk/dbFLEX customers. This year, we upgraded the hardware at our Chicago-based global datacenter to the newest failover clusters and storage architecture from DELL, while significantly boosting resources and processing power.
Additionally, we upgraded the software to the latest Microsoft releases, including the underlying database engine to Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Enterprise edition and the servers’ OS to Microsoft Server Datacenter 2022.
These enhancements ensure improved performance, scalability, redundancy, and security, allowing you to rely on TeamDesk to support your growing business needs.
