Who we actually are: This review is for That Computer Guy, where it all started. We aren't a faceless corporation; we are a small group of passionate technicians who evolved.
The Evolution: We started in 2000 as a repair business. By 2006, we needed a better way to coordinate 9 mobile techs covering 1.7 million people, so we built our operations on TeamDesk. We "eat our own dog food" - we mastered this software because we had to use it to survive and scale our own business.
Today: We split the focus to do what we do best. Pat manages the original repair operations, while Jamie (Founder) applies those decades of systems experience to help other companies conquer their technical challenges through consulting.
