If your organization works with many databases and needs to manage user accounts or implement a restriction policy, you can adjust all these and other powerful features in the TeamDesk Enterprise edition.

Enterprise Edition benefits:

• Unlimited Databases: You can create and access an unlimited number of databases across your organization at no extra charge.

• Own Sub-Domain: Suppose your company’s name is "NEWsolutions," and you want to add this name to the domain, such as newsolutions.teamdesk.net.

• Custom Branding: Add your logo and use your company name instead of "My Enterprise" (for example, "My NEWsolutions") for your Enterprise edition account.

• Manageable User List: Administrators have full control over user accounts, enabling or disabling access to particular databases, and applying restriction policies, among other functions.

Only invited users can log in to the Enterprise Edition, so each user must be invited by a database administrator.

• IP Address Filtering: Enforce corporate data security by creating an authorized list of IPs. Login attempts from unlisted IP addresses will be denied.

• Password Policies: Set up TeamDesk to align with company-standard password policies across all TeamDesk user accounts and databases.
