TeamDesk allows you to create an elaborated workflow process, thus routing work with a database in a way you need. There are three main handy tools you can use for reflecting organizational workflow in your database:
You can create Custom Buttons allowing users to update certain table fields or/and perform actions.
If you want to check record values prior to submission to a database, Validation Rules can be helpful.
Workflow Triggers allow you to define what actions should be triggered automatically when a certain event occurs (for example, an e-mail notification is sent at a predefined address when a new record is created in a table).
