TeamDesk enables you to establish a sophisticated workflow process, enabling you to work with a database in a manner that suits your needs. There are three main useful tools to reflect organizational workflow in your database:
You can create Custom Buttons that enable users to update specific table fields and/or perform actions.
If you wish to check record values before submission to a database, Validation Rules can be beneficial.
Workflow Triggers allow you to define which actions should be automatically triggered when a specific event occurs (for instance, an email notification is sent to a predefined address when a new record is created in a table).
