Pure HTML Web-to-Record Form

When you generate a web-to-record form and choose the Enabled (Pure HTML) option, you need to select the columns that will serve as fields in the web input form.

Set this to the Enabled (Pure HTML) option.
Available Columns
This section lists all non-formula columns created in the table. You can select any of them to add to the web-to-record form.

To add a column to the form, type the column name in the Search Available Columns field, select it in the list below, and then click the Add button. You can select multiple columns by holding down the Ctrl key or deselect a selection.

This section displays the columns that will be included in the web-to-record form.

After you save the changes, the HTML code will be generated.

You should copy and paste the HTML snippet code onto your website page.

If you don’t have a website page and need a public URL for the embedded web-to-record form, consider creating an HTML page in the database resources and pasting the snippet code into it. Make sure you’ve checked the Allow public access to this resource option for that HTML page.
