Assigning Dashboards to Roles
When you add a new table, the system automatically creates a default dashboard and assigns it to all user groups. You can create several dashboards for each table and assign different dashboards to various user groups (roles). The roles can be selected, when a new dashboard is created. Also you can set/change the role access to the existing dashboards.
To associate existing dashboards with roles:
Setup link in the top right corner of the window.
Choose the necessary table and click a corresponding tab at the top of the window.
From the menu in the main frame select
Manage access for dashboards. The system will display a list of user roles and dashboards in the form of a table:
To choose a user role and assign the necessary dashboard, mark the corresponding checkboxes.
Save to apply changes; click
Cancel to discard changes.
