Managing Workflow Triggers

To manage the workflow triggers previously added to the system:

  1. Click the Setup link in the top right corner of the window.

  2. Choose the relevant table by clicking its name in the list on the left.

  3. In the main frame’s menu, select Rules > Workflow Triggers. The system will display the list of existing workflow triggers:
    Reorder Triggers
    If two or more triggers of the same type are created, the Reorder button is visible in the triggers list. This button allows you to reorder triggers. The order is crucial, especially for cascading execution of record change triggers.

  4. Click Edit next to a necessary trigger or click the trigger’s name link to view and modify its properties (for more details, refer to the Creating Workflow Triggers and Associating Workflow Actions with Triggers topics).

  5. Click Del to remove a trigger from the list. Confirm your intention by clicking OK in the opened dialog box.
