Database Copy Creation
TeamDesk enables you to copy a database with all objects (tables, forms, views, etc.) and with (or without) all records stored in the tables.
To copy a database:

Click the
Setup
link in the top right corner of the window. -
Select the
Database
tab. -
Choose
Database
>Copy Database
from the setup menu. The system will open the following form: -
In the displayed form, edit database properties as required:

Name: Modify the database name;

Description: Enter a description or comments for the copied database;

Options: Define whether you want to:
- Copy data from the database along with its properties and objects;
- Disable existing notifications;
- Deactivate users.

Click
Copy
to complete the copying process, or clickCancel
to cancel the operation.
When the copying process is finished, the system will open the newly created database.
