Preview

You can preview a resulting form that will be displayed according to the form behavior criteria. Click on the Preview button at the top of the form layout.

The preview will be displayed.

The options are described below:

Mode

Select the View or Edit option to review the form in the mode you want to check.

Column Access as

In the Column Access as field, select the name of the role that defines column access. If column access is denied for a role, those columns will not be shown in the form.

Behavior Criteria

All form behavior criteria (for example, "Status is Customer") are listed in the preview form. Mark the criteria you want to check and click the Refresh button.

Refresh Button

When you click the Refresh button, the resulting form matching the chosen options will be displayed below.
