Preview
You can preview a resulting form that will be shown under the form behavior criteria. Click on the Preview button at the top of the form layout.
The preview will be shown.
The options are described below:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Mode | Set the View or Edit option, to review the form in the Mode you want to check. |
| Column Access as | In the Column Access as field select the name of the role defining the column access. If the column access is denied for a role, such columns will not be shown in the form. |
| Behavior Criteria | All form behavior criteria (for example, Status is Customer) are listed in the preview form. Mark the criteria you want to check and click on the Refresh button. |
| Refresh Button | When you click on the Refresh button, the resultant form matching the chosen options will be displayed below. |
