Multi-record documents generation
Say, you need to render multi-record documents for selected records. In this case the Multi-Record
option can be activated in the document settings.
By default, the Page break
checkbox is activated to start each new record on a new document page. Moreover, if it’s needed, the Views
property allows you to restrict the access to the button to a selected set of views.
When Multi-Record
document is set, you can see the document button at the top of the view.
Select the records you need in the Action
column and click on the button. Thus, the documents will be merged and opened in one common document.
