Customize Forms in Natural Language
The Form Designer listens to your instructions and applies changes instantly. There’s no need to dig through setup menus.
Using Form Designer
In user mode, users with Full Access setup permission will now see a new “Form Designer” button next to the “Search for Keywords” input box.

Clicking this button opens a chat interface that allows you to create a new form for the current table or refine the one you’re currently viewing — simply by describing what you want in plain language.

The following options are available:
-
Review the form layout for this table – The AI analyzes the form layout and provides you a structured list of sections and columns shown on the form, list of hidden columns, and the list of active form behavior rules.
-
Review the form behavior configuration for this table – The AI reviews the current form’s setup and provides a list of existing behavior rules with a brief description of each rule in natural language.
-
Message Box – Type instructions describing how you’d like to modify the form (for example, “Rename Task Information section to Info” or “Show all hidden fields”).
Once your instructions are submitted, the AI will confirm when changes are complete. Refresh the page to view the updated form layout.
What Can Form Designer Do?
With Form Designer, you can easily add, remove, or rearrange fields and sections.
If you ask AI to suggest improvements to the form layout, Form Designer responds with a detailed plan, then applies the changes with a single click. There is always an option to undo the changes. Find more usage examples in this blog article.
Known Limitations
- Not all form properties are currently editable via Form Designer;
- For tables with many fields or complex relationships, AI responses may be incomplete or less precise due to input size limitations;
