Suggest Views and Reports

In addition to generating and expanding the database structure, the integration of TeamDesk and OpenAI allows users to leverage the power of natural language processing to create new views and reports.

Click Setup link at the top right corner of the window.

Select a table you need.

From the setup menu select Views/Reports > Create a new view. Choose the type of view that you need to create. The OpenAI functionality is available for all the view types. After that click Next > Suggest chart views.

The system checks the existing columns in the selected table and the reports that have already been created. Based on this information OpenAI suggests the new reports that might be helpful that don`t duplicate the existing ones.
