Suggest Lookup Columns

The integration with OpenAI also allows you to simplify the creation of lookup columns.

Click Setup link at the top right corner of the window.

Select a table you need.

From the setup menu select Columns > Create a new lookup column. Pick the relation for which you want the lookup column and then click on the button next to the relationship name Add lookup >Suggest lookup columns.

The system will suggest a list of the columns that can be added to your table with a brief description for each column.

You can deselect the columns that you don’t want to create.

This way saves you a lot of time since you don’t need to create each lookup column separately, but you can create a bunch of them with only one click. When you use this functionality the system will avoid suggesting to create the columns that already exist, therefore it eliminates the human factor of creating duplicate columns.
