Suggest Columns for Existing Tables

Another valuable aspect of this integration is the ability to suggest additional columns for existing tables. Users can describe the type of information they want to store, and OpenAI’s language model assists in identifying the most suitable column types and properties.

Click Setup link at the top right corner of the window.

Select a table you need.

From the setup menu select Columns > Create a new column >Suggest columns. The system will suggest the list of the columns that can be added to your table with a brief description for each column.

This functionality analyzes the name of the database, existing tables, the name and the columns in the current table in order to propose the relevant columns to be added.

In this mode the system can create a physical, formula or even reference columns if appropriate. It will not create the lookup or summary columns at this step.
