Suggest Summary Columns

The integration with OpenAI also allows you to simplify the creation of summary columns. If you haven’t decided yet which ones could help you manage your data more efficiently, you may use the Suggest columns functionality.

Click Setup link at the top right corner of the window.

Select a table you need.

From the setup menu select Columns > Create a new summary column. Pick the relation for which you want the summary column and then click on the button next to the relationship name Add summary > Suggest summary columns.

The system will suggest a list of the columns that can be added to your table with a brief description for each column.

Since you need to select a relation first, the system will suggest the columns for this specific relation and avoid suggesting the columns that already exist.
