Support Staff Access

The support team does not have access to your database by default, except during free trials. Therefore, if you need help from the Support Team members, you can provide access to the database via the Support Staff Access option. This option allows you to grant access to members of the TeamDesk support team until 23:59:59 of a certain date in the database-specific time zone - or deny it.

To provide access for the support team to your database:

  1. Click the Setup link in the top right corner of the window.

  2. Select the Database tab.

  3. Choose Database > Database Properties in the setup menu.

  4. Fill in the Extras section displayed at the end of the Database Properties form. To provide access, check the Grant access till option and specify the end date until which the access will be provided.


  5. Save changes.

After that, the support team member will get access to your database until the specified date.
