Diff Databases

The Diff Databases tool allows you to compare two databases.

You can access it by navigating to Setup > Database tab > Tools section > Diff Databases link.

Upon clicking, you will be prompted to select a database to compare with the current database (you must have access to the setup mode of the database to be listed). The tool then displays differences found in columns and tables. Tables and columns existing only in your database are highlighted in green, while those missing in your database are highlighted in red. Columns present in both databases but differing in settings are highlighted in blue, with the differences displayed next to the column name.
