Error Log

The system diligently logs all errors that arise during the workflow. This error log serves as a tool to aid administrators in analyzing, identifying, and resolving issues encountered by other users.

To access the error log, follow these steps: Navigate to Setup > Database tab > Tools > Error Log link.

The log presents the most recent 50 errors that have occurred within the past seven days. The list is categorized into two sections:

• The Recent Site Errors section showcases errors faced by users while operating within the database’s user mode.
• The Recent Service Errors section displays errors stemming from the processing of periodic or time-dependent workflow rules and notifications.

Click on Go to access the section related to where the error originated.
