Email Non-Delivery Report
The Email Non-Delivery Report is only available for databases hosted on EU-based data servers.
This page provides an aggregated view of undelivered messages from all email alerts and view subscriptions, organized by email address.
To access the report, navigate to Setup > Database tab > Tools > Email Non-Delivery Report.

Click the Details button to view information about the delivery failure.
The report may include the following statuses:
- Blocked — The recipient’s mail server rejected the delivery attempt. This may happen because of its security policies, content filtering, sender reputation, or another technical issue.
- Deferred — The recipient’s mail server temporarily rejected the message. The system will retry delivery.
- Dropped — The message was not sent to the recipient’s mail server. This commonly happens when the address is on a suppression list because of a previous bounce, spam report, or unsubscribe request.

You can also view undelivered emails by clicking the Details button in the Log section of an email alert action or subscription.
