Email Non-Delivery Report

The Email Non-Delivery Report is only available for databases hosted on EU-based data servers.

This page offers an aggregated view of undelivered items from all email alerts and view subscriptions, organized by email address.

To access the report, navigate to Setup > Database tab > Tools > Email Non-Delivery Report link.

Clicking the Details button provides insight into the reasons for the email delivery failure.

Furthermore, you can view undelivered emails by clicking the Details button in the Log section of each email alert action or subscription in the system.
