Editing Existing Views

To browse the list of views:

  1. Click the Setup link in the top right corner of the window.

  2. Choose the necessary table and click the corresponding tab at the top of the window.

  3. From the menu in the main frame, select Views / Reports > Customize existing views. The system will display the list of existing views:

    Edit Views

    The list of views is represented in the form of a table. Each table row contains information on a certain view. Choose the required view from the list and use buttons in a corresponding table row to manage the view:

    • Edit: Click the button to customize a view. Please notice that each view includes specific options according to a view type. The details about view types and options can be found in the Creating New View topic.
    • Copy: Click the button to add a similar view to the list.
    • Del: Click the button to delete the view. In the displayed dialog box, click OK to confirm deletion; click Cancel to cancel the operation.
    • View Link: Click on the view name to display information on the chosen view.
  4. Use the group of buttons at the top of the table to add a new view, modify the default view settings, and change access rights for views.
