Creating New Views

TeamDesk allows you to create an unlimited number of views for existing tables. For each view, you can specify your own rules defining what records should be displayed.

To create a view:

  1. Click the Setup link in the top right corner of the window.

  2. Choose a necessary table and click the corresponding tab at the top of the window.

  3. From the menu in the main frame select Views / Reports > Create a new view. The system will display the list of view types:

  4. Select the necessary option and click Next.

When the View type is chosen, you can fill in the view form and set the view properties you need.
