Recycle Bin
All records deleted from tables are moved to the Recycle Bin. The Recycle Bin link is available in the left menu of any table when in User Mode.
Access and Visibility
- The
Recycle Binlink cannot be hidden. - Regular users can only see records they have deleted themselves.
- Admin users with
Full Access,Manage Data, orManage Users and Datapermissions (configured in Setup Permission) can view all deleted records in theRecycle Bin.
Deleted records remain in the Recycle Bin for 30 days, after which they are permanently removed.
Restoring or Permanently Deleting Records
To restore or permanently delete records:

Click the
Recycle Binlink in the left menu.

The list of deleted records will be displayed, grouped by table names.

Note: The
Namecolumn in the Recycle Bin displays values from the columns defined by the table’s Default Record Picker. -
To restore records:
- Select the records you want to recover.
- Click the
Restorebutton.

To permanently delete records:
- Select the records to remove.
- Click the
Deletebutton next to the table name.
This feature ensures records can be easily restored within 30 days before they are permanently deleted.
