Subscribe to TeamDesk RSS feed
You can review updates using the RSS feed whenever a record is added, modified, or deleted. Just set the Enable RSS feed option for a required table view in your TeamDesk database to find out updates by accessing the feed within the RSS reader you use.
To set up the Enable RSS feed option:

Click the
Setuplink in the top right corner of the window. -
Choose the necessary table and click a corresponding tab at the top of the window.

From the menu in the main frame select
Views/Reports>Customize existing views. The system will display the list of existing views. -
Choose a required table view from the list and click the
Editbutton in a corresponding list row. -
Set the
Enable RSS feedoption in theAdvanced optionssection of the table view form and save changes.

When the Enable RSS feed option is set, the RSS icon
will be displayed near this view in the user mode.

To subscribe to the RSS feed of a table view:

Click on the RSS icon near the view you want updates about.

Then click on the
Subscribe to this feedlink on the feed page.
So, you’ll be able to review updates within your RSS reader.
