Custom Button with Actions

Custom buttons can activate workflow actions. These actions define events that are performed. Currently, there are three types of workflow actions supported by TeamDesk:

Please note that the Navigate action does NOT work if you add it as an action triggered by a Multi-Record button.

Also, TeamDesk allows cascading execution of record change triggers. By default, the cascading execution is switched off. It is controlled via the Execute Triggers option available in Create Record, Update Record, Delete Record, and Call-URL actions.

For example, an email alert can be sent to the client when the "Status" is "Complete". Just add the E-mail Alert Action to the Actions section of the Custom Button.
