Managing Workflow Actions
To work with the workflow actions you’ve added to the system:

Click the
Setup
link in the top right corner of the window. -
Choose the necessary table and click the corresponding tab at the top of the window.

From the menu in the main frame, select
Rules
>Workflow Actions
. The system will display a list of existing workflow actions:

Click
Edit
next to the necessary action or the action name link to view and modify its properties (for details, see the Creating Actions Beforehand topic). -
Click
Del
to delete the action from the list. Confirm your intention by clickingOK
in the opened dialog box.
Please note that if you need to edit a Mobile Device Record Create action, you can also use the
Edit
button, but to transfer the changes to mobile devices, you must click theRefresh On Devices
button. Otherwise, the changes will not be implemented.
